Workers Compensation

Workers’ compensation is a compulsory class of insurance for all employers in all states and territories in Australia.

It allows employees to be compensated for personal injuries that arise out of, or in the course of, their employment. Policy options vary from a jurisdictional perspective and range from competitive choice of providers to state-controlled.

If you engage workers or contractors deemed to be workers, if you engage apprentices or trainees, or if you  are a proprietary limited company (‘Pty Ltd’)  with working Directors and employees (including apprentices or trainees), you must take out a Workers’ Compensation Insurance policy.

GWS have made the process simple.

Each state in Australia has different methods for registering for workers compensation insurance or changing insurers.

Contact GWS Network if you have any questions or alternatively, select the form you require below and return to our office for further action;
